Rules and Conditions of Use for this Website
General Rules
- This is a FREE website. This means
that the author of this site has made it voluntarily without any charge, influence or other. You
are free to access any part of the site you wish.
- You are free to print or cut and paste
sections from this website for own use. You are NOT ALLOWED to sell or pass the information on for
profit of any kind.
- The purpose of this website is to assist anyone in regards to gaining
knowledge of or information on World War II. Nothing more.
- With the exception of the
requirements set down by the Webmaster in order to obtain this free webspace, this site will not
accept commercial material of any kind. MUSEUMS listed on this site are here for the purpose
of informing individuals of educational possibilities. They are not listed for commercial
purposes and thus no slogan or further information has been added. The list only contains the
name of the MUSEUM and its general location.
- Using this site means that you have agreed to the
rules as set out.
- PLEASE, NO REQUESTS REGARDING PAPERS OR RESEARCH YOU ARE DOING! If you cannot find the information here, try a university website (which this is not!).
Rules for the Use of the Notice Board
(Once it is completed)
- Messages must be in either English or French.
- World War II Research Aid retains the right not to put your notice on the board if it is considered inappropriate, unsuitable, slanderous, insulting, etc.
- YOU MAY NOT display for sale items of any kind, this is not a shop. YOU MAY DISPLAY that you are a collector looking for material though, you can then privately contact one another to discuss details.
- YOU MUST, if you wish to have your notice put on the board, state your name and provide a real e-mail address. Your name WILL NOT be displayed on the board, but is a form of guarantee for World War II Research Aid.
- No commercial advertising of any kind will be displayed on the actual notice board.
- Notices older than three months will be removed, you should have found what you are seeking by then.
- World War II Research Aid is not responsible for any problems you may encounter with contacts. It is entirely your free choice to contact the individual advertising. If you are finding problems with an individual who is advertising, send us an e-mail, we will investigate and if found to have broken the rules, the individual(s) will be blocked off. But World War II research aid takes no responsibility for the actions of individuals who post messages. We can only screen their messages to keep it decent.
- Notices can not be longer than 150 words, sorry.
- World War II Research Aid is a voluntary service from one World War II researcher and collector to others. None of the items printed here or on any other pages are a result of pressure, favouritism or payment of any sort. This is and will remain a freely accessible website for all, none of the items are for sale, no money is made and does not cost anyone anything. This is a FREE service. You are welcome to copy any of the material here. That�s what it is all about! Giving my colleagues world-wide a little help. Nothing more.
- IF YOU WISH TO REMOVE your message from the board, go back to the Notice Board form and select the Remove option. List the details of the message and it will then be removed as soon as is possible.
- Since this website is maintained in the author's spare time, messages posted cannot be added to the Notice Board at once. There is always a variable delay between the sending
and posting of messages.
